A triage nurse assisted me in finding the CityDoc office. It was my first time ever there and I was pleased with the service received. The front desk staff was personable, professional, and very helpful. The process was easy and timely. I am very happy with the care that I received for my visit for sciatic nerve pain.

My daughter’s prescription was not sent in to the pharmacy. When I called to try and fix the problem, nobody called me back. I was not able to speak with anyone. I had to leave messages that were not answered.

Easy to schedule, staff really friendly, wait time practically non existient. But I felt a little rushed--came in with shoulder pain and cold-like symptoms. They ruled out that it was Covid (I just wanted to be sure) but the main thing I came in for was the pain. I emphasized that I woke up early in the morning, and when I tried to feel my shoulder in the bathroom, I nearly threw up and fainted. Not typical of me, and I tried to emphasise it was weird and intense and the main reason I was coming in. The doctor did a quick inspection, said I just slept on it funny and gave a steroid shot, which seems to have really helped the cold. Much appreciated. But my arm still hurt acutely if I attempted to lift it. Later that day I mentioned to my friend that this experience mimiced an experience I had as a kid, where I went to the doctor because I was experiencing similar symptoms in my foot, they told me it was just sore, and it ended up being a dislocation. He was like, well what if I push on it. I kid you not, we both heard an audible click and the pain is instantly releived. a but sore still, but no more acute pain. I'm glad it's better now, but I wish the doctor had listened more carefully to me about my symptoms--I assume I must present atypically for dislocations so she might not have caught it, but I did try to emphasize that it was bad pain, and also felt somewhat rushed when answering questions. It felt like there wasn't a lot of room to provide greater detail, or tell her that this experience was similar to the last time I dislocated something. And as a patient, I obviously didn't want to be an annoying one that tries to overrule her knowledge, haha. Bottom line, Citydoc village was still wonderful, I would reccomend it, and I will gladly go there again, the ease of proccess and friendliness/kindness of the staff is top notch. I am just providing this review as feedback, hoping it gets to the doctor so that it helps in the practice. I know patients often tend to dissapear after they've been treated, creating a lack of dialouge.

A very convenient option for after-hours care. Booking appointment was easy, but UC was busier than usual and front desk person was snippy. Check in via tablet is slow, especially if you're stuck behind a walk-in who has not bothered to pre-register. Medical tech and NP were pleasant and helpful. New Walgreens next door is also extremely convenient for filling prescriptions.

I had to go to CityDoc because I had a fever and wasn’t feeling well. From the very beginning, I didn’t like the treatment; the person at the front desk spoke quickly and wasn’t paying attention to the person they were helping. The nurse also spoke quickly, and I couldn’t understand her because I wasn’t feeling well. Yet, she kept talking fast. The doctor was more normal and used simpler words, but she gave me a diagnosis that wasn’t mine. They ran some tests, and the paper they gave me with the results wasn’t mine. The doctor based my treatment on that document
