Provider was great, the nurse/MA (not sure who she was because she never introduced herself) was rude from the beginning. She tested me for COVID (incorrectly; she barely stuck the nasal swab into my nostril), & when she tested me for Strep she gave me the biggest attitude for gagging & told me not to cough in her face (she was not wearing a mask, & I apologized that it was a reflex).  If she would have used a tongue depressor to begin with this would not have been an issue.

City Doc is consistently the best for being seen quickly. The online scheduling is straightforward and the staff has always been friendly. I’ve gone there for many years and will continue! Thank you!!!

Walked in in a Thursday afternoon and was seen in about 10 minutes. Nurse was very nice and professional and the PA was knowledgeable and good bedside manner. Fixed me right up and I now feel much better.

I came in on Tuesday of last week and was in need of some meds to help me when I lost my voice due to chest congestion. I let the Dr know that I needed an antibiotics and she insisted that it was a virus and that I needed a steroid injection. Yes that is what I also needed. I received the injection and as paper prescription for a steroid if I wasn’t feeling better in two day. I wasn’t feeling better. I called the office requesting an antibiotic and no one ever called me back nor did I get the antibiotic. It’s now 8 days later and I am still sick. I don’t want to come in for another drs visit and have to pay out of pocket again. I just need the antibiotic.

Have had a painful gum boil and infection for a couple of days. Decided to seek help. Walked in, receptionist was very helpful, my MA was efficient and my PA was very accommodating & understanding .

Scheduled online where there were plenty of options. Was called back within 5 min of arrival. Then, in and out in 15 min.

Care was provided efficiently, courteously, and professionally by all staff.

Woke up this morning with dizziness and nausea. Was able to get an appointment quickly. The checkin process was quick and easy. The physician was thorough and very knowledgeable. Great experience. Definitely recommend.

I was given 10 seconds by the provider. She did not ask my symptoms, just took the test and sent me on my way. I do not recommend. Not the service I expected or deserved.
