Great experience! The staff was professional and very caring ! Highly recommend !

Everything was great except they were slow to put my prescription in to pharmacy.  Was called in 6 hours after appointment

I’ve been to this location more times than I can count between myself and with my daughters. I waited in the front waiting room an hour and a half before going back to a room….with an appointment. Total time there 2 hours. When one is sick, no one wants their visit to last 2 hours. Also, the tech that did the vitals was not warm and fuzzy at all, very RBF.

No friendly welcome at the check-in desk, she didn't even look up or ask if I had an appointment. She just assumed I didn't. The provider didn't have an ID on. Her name wasn't even on the test results paperwork. Had no idea who she was or her medical credentialing until I picked up the prescription and googled her. She seemed to have had a bad morning, wasn't friendly, and spent 1 minute with us since the test results were all negative. This is only a place to get a quick test for flu/covid/strep. I did appreciate that the MA went ahead and got all of our tests done before we saw the provider.

Ryan (NP) was very thorough and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She answered all my questions and appeared to genuinely cared about getting me better. She even took the time to create a ‘plan A and B.’ The rest of the team did a great job of communicating with me so I knew why I was waiting, what the next steps were, when I could expect to be done, etc.

They mishandled my file and so four patients were seen before me. When I was brought in the staff were not polite in fact unfriendly. Never saw a smile. The doctor or nurse practitioner or PA I don’t know which spent all of two minutes in the room. I had a double ear infection, which she looked into my ear, but she did not check my glands, nor did she check my throat nor my nose nor anything else. I am totally dissatisfied with the staff.

I waited for an hour after my "appointment" time. I understand 10 minutes, but an entire hour is too long. I was finally seen by a nurse practitioner. I was seen for 1-2 minutes, I was told I needed to go to the ER because they could not help me. This should've been said when I scheduled an appointment instead of making me wait hours for an appointment and an hour in the waiting room. I do not feel like I was taken care of very well. I was still charged even though they did not do anything for me. Overall a terrible experience. On top of that, I had to wait after for 10 more minutes for them to calculate what to charge.

This is the third time that I have visited CityDoc, and it is my go to place when my health is starting to falter. It is just so easy to make appointments, and the doctors that I see are always of very high caliber.  My wife is a nurse and she likes it as well!

I was a walk in and they got me in without a long wait. Everyone was wonderful. It’s my favorite place to go when I’m really sick.
