This urgent care is incredible. Kind and efficient reception. EXCELLENT bedside manner from both physicians (PA and Dermatologist) that saw us—knowledgeable and kind. Wait time maybe 30 seconds? Honestly, I have never experienced a more pleasant urgent care in my 50 years of living! I would highly recommend this clinic!! Top-notch!

I needed to see doctor asap about an asthma related issue: ie why so bad right now? I was helped immediately(I walked in) and seen quickly by a PA (physician's assistant) who was very nice and helpful.

Everything was very seamless and easy from making the appt to being seen to getting medication. The only suggestion I would make is that the PA barely attended to me. She stood at the door the entire time and didn’t even inspect me. She talked to me for a rushed 5 minutes and that was that.

Overall felt wonderfully taken care Scheduling a little tricky on line but i was feeling awful Check-in was seamless Staff across the board; PA, MA, xray tech. Staff were all so competent and polite, very knowledgeable Care was spot on I’m an RN so i know good care!

I waited in the room for almost 2 hours. Had to go out and ask if the forgot about me. Took a streo throat test and was told I would have results in 5 minutes and the didn't come back for over 30 minutes. Being in a room for 2 hours when sick wasn't good. Also still waiting for other test results from 3 days ago. Very frustrating.

waited 2 hours to be seen after my appointment. lack of communication. doctor forgot to send in my prescription. i was in a lot of pain and discomfort.

Care was efficient, with minimal wait times. This establishment is good for routine and simple care.

Everything great however the office was freezing cold.  Mostly the waiting area. Room was warmer. The staff were terrific and helpful.  Front desk, nurse checking vitals and doing intake and PA - all very nice and professional. I was able to start my medication on a weekend to help facilitate the treatment. Happy to have this care available in my neighborhood. Last suggestion.  Curtains of some sort?  Window treatments that offer a bit of privacy.  Now I feel exposed and on display.  Montclair is a neighborhood of friends and I would rather not be seen waiting for an appointment.  Some sort of window covering would be respectful and make your clients more comfortable.

Receptionist spent 10 minutes checking us in and didn’t know we couldn’t get PCR results that night even though we were told we could have results in an hour at first. She had thought we could until she talked with medical staff and found the batch had already gone out. We then waited for more than a half hour to get a refund of my copay and it never happened. Not ok.
