The Covid test was done quickly and professionally.

Sixto was very helpful for getting information about the testing, and Josh was very helpful during registration and making sure everything was taken care of. Got my results in less than 24 hours.

Good organization nice people and going quickly

If you are planning on Traveling and née a rapid response result PLEASE ask staff to make sure their is no error on the staff with entry error, my mother they put her as Male in gender (staff had her passport to enter field), my father gave his ID and staff placed in gender section (asku) "his ID has gender Hello!". now the airline is giving us a hardtime due to these clerical errors! worst part is the staff is all the way in the back and you can't see or confirm they entered correctly. I understand it is human error, please be more diligent or have staff that can function with "attention to detail"

Always great. I am a frequent flyer with you folks. Only had one hiccup in 8 tests getting results.

Went for a rapid test. Had a 9:15 am appointment. Got there before 9am and didn’t leave until 10am. For whatever reason they couldn’t find my appointment and when I showed the many text message confirmations and reminders I was questioned about my claims that I had an appointment. Then another 30 minute wait for the actual test. It’s hella bright and they want you to confirm your information on an iPad which is nearly impossible. When I explained I had a medical appointment that afternoon and needed a ride because I’d be out of it, the person kept commenting on and questioning the appointment. Dude, none of your business. But the people next to me who were traveling on vacation? No questions. It’s been over an hour and I still haven’t gotten my results. So much for a “rapid test.”
