Wait time, arrived on time for my appointment. Waited 30 minutes to be taken to a patient room, then waited another 30 minutes to be seen. Otherwise everything went well

The nurse practitioner flat out lied to me!!  She told me the office does not give lidocaine patches to patients due  them being a narcotic.  I showed her on google where they can in fact be bought over the counter.  Moreover, I told her that I came there for severe back pain but also had pain in my chest which was more than likely due to gas or indigestion
.she not only repeatedly told me to go the an ER moreover, she never included my back pain problem on my exit paperwork, however she sent a prescription for lidocaine patches to walgreens which I have NO PAPERWORK to prove that it was even prescribed to me!!  Don’t believe me? Check my record then! I promise to never ever visit this urgent care center again!!
