The receptionist was the best part of this urgent care facility. The staff are lazy and talk entirely too much without doing any work. I sat in the back for over 2 hours while the doctors and nurses enjoyed their conversation and pizza and no it wasn’t lunch time. I told them countless times I was getting lite headed from not eating and they still did nothing. They didn’t do anything they were supposed to do no blood work or anything wise they are supposed to do to treat a patient. I will never go here again horrible place.

I needed to be seen asap and CityLife was available. I was a bit late and had to be found in the system, but no worry. I was still able to receive assistance. It was easy, quick and comfortable. I recommend it for anyone

I had issues overnight. I booked a visit and everyone was so helpful. I saw 2 NP's or nurse practitioners & they both were amazing, thank you all.

I booked an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early, yet I still waited over two hours to be seen because the office was running behind. When I finally saw the doctor, I explained the reason for my visit, but she completely dismissed my concerns and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I felt disrespected throughout the entire encounter, as if my input didn’t matter. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this clinic
