If you need to be seen in a timely yet effective manner, this is the location to go. The staff is very helpful, friendly and informative. They make you feel comfortable and they take their time to listen to your concerns. The process was quick and easy. Thank you to everyone at this location from the receptionist to the NP.

I love the in and out aspect of the office they tell you step by step what they are doing if it’s weighing you , administering medicine , and any procedures along the line I love every bit of this office from the workers to the lady at the front desk it’s a pleasant experience each time I go

From the entrance to the exit I felt comfortable and pleased with the waiting time and the attention. The entire staff was professional and attentive and careful. Dr. Elizabeth Bemah was exceptional in her explanation and procedure. The compassion and desire to provide quality service was evident.

Im a frequent visitor at this urgent care and rarely complain. But today i came in with a scheduled visit. I asked to get some routine bloodwork in my visit and was told since i schedule my visit as a “sick visit” i was not allowed to have my blood drawn and was told to come back tomorrow. I dont have time to be running back and forth to the drs! And I dont really think it should matter what kind of appointment i have, if i ask for something to be done it should be done. If i had asked for a flu or covid i would have gotten it no problem. You’re billing my insurance either way, it shouldnt matter! Im starting to hate coming here, the only thing i still enjoy here are some of the front desk ladies, they always take care of me. And its close to home

Although scheduling an appointment is very easy . The care they lack is concerning . The "Dr" came in negatively and just wanted to push us off on other offices . Wrote us a script and referral & sent us on our way . She barely even looked at my son . However the other staff / Receptionist was very nice .

Went in staff were nice and were seen pretty fast. I will be back ✔️ The MA & nurse I saw today were very patient & concerning. 🫶🏽
