The staff was very professional and friendly and made sure I was comfortable during the process of preparing for the shot . I had no wait time except the 15 minute wait after the shot . I don’t know , they took my insurance information and I do not know what the insurance was charged .through the school I worked at , the whole process took about 20 minutes start to finish .
