DISGUSTING, ATROCIOUS CARE. Do not visit this so-called doctor’s office, filled with unprofessional, lying hacks. The company takes your money and barely examines you. They tried to take my blood pressure once and gave up. Dr. Khan said, “Well, what is your BP usually?” She rolled her eyes when I told her that the medication she was prescribing was not strong enough for me, and sent me home with it anyway. She made it clear that I wasn’t worth her time (maybe because I am overweight). She also said the problem with my horrible cough was NOT my lungs. When I was still sick one week later, CityMD refused to prescribe different medication without making me pay for a second visit so that I could “have a conversation about my sugar.” I spoke with the office managers multiple times, Customer Care (who hung up on me accidentally after ten minutes of just trying to spell my name correctly), and District Management. After making a formal complaint, they informed me that the doctor wrote that I had been treated for pneumonia (a BLATANT LIE!) and thus would not give me a refund for my visit. Dr. Khan specifically said to me during my visit, “The problem is NOT in your lungs.” This office is FALSIFYING RECORDS and is horribly incompetent and disingenuous. Dr. Khan and the team at CityMD should be ashamed of their inability to treat a patient, and their complete disregard for customer care and customer service. Phone calls have gone back and forth for weeks, and I was left with the impression that I would at least get a refund. The so-called "care" here is horrifying and they refuse to even refund me for my ineffectual, rude and shoddy “service.” My health AND self-worth were worse AFTER the visit.
