Have been to the Welcome center twice now for testing. They were wonderful got our results with 20 minutes with the rapid. And it took 3 days to get our results on the pcr test. Great place, great staff, great timely manner on results.

Do not go here if you want your result in a timely manner or if you want your results at all. I have been waiting 140 hours+ for my test, still no result. When they said 48-72 that is not true. Their average is 72+. Not worth it being free, waiting in the cold. I would 100% recommend going somewhere else.

Please do not go here! They messed up my son’s test, my step daughters test and my test. After almost a week of trying to get it straightened out, turns out we are ALL Covid free and getting back to normal. The said my rapid antigen was negative, I went to the testing center for work and had a rapid molecular which was negative, the a few days later my send out from them (welcome center) came back positive. So work sent me for another rapid molecular (which has similar accuracy to the PCR send out) which came back negative, and then the hospital had me do another PCR send out ALSO NEGATIVE! I do not have Covid, so, in the end I had FIVE total tests done due to their mistakes. My sons test showed negative but was reported to the health dept as positive. I had to send proof to the health dept of his negative test, thankfully I had saved the picture. My stepdaughters PCR was supposedly positive, but when retested somewhere else, she is negative. This place has caused us both to miss work, the kids to miss school, rescheduling of several doctors/allergist appts and the cost of driving several places to get new testing done. I am looking into how to file a formal complaint with the health department. Please don’t use this testing center!!
