Very efficient office from scheduling, intake, retrieving my patient history. Practitioners are smart, experienced, and work hard to extract information and offer valuable medical care.

The doctor is very nice. However, the clinic itself is very poorly operated by support staff. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance, showed up on time, and was told the office didn't have me on the schedule. I waited an additional hour for an opening and was eventually seen. I was there to get a standard screening test (TB test) for employment, and went to the lab they sent me to to have it done. The results should have been received within 48 hours. However after 10 days, the office never called me to follow-up with the results nor did they send them via email or mail. I called the office two days in a row, no one answered the phones, left voicemails, and still no one called me back. When I did finally get through to someone they said they would check on my request and call me back, but never did! I called the next day and ended up talking to two different people who provided me with different information regarding how to get my results. I literally just needed a "negative" result to send to my employer, but they told me that I needed to schedule another appointment and be seen by the doctor again, just so he could tell me my test was negative. After all this hassle, I eventually reached someone who said "oh yeah, I can just send that to you through email" and they did. However, this was after days of frustration, calling, and a bunch of my time wasted. The staff was also very rude and acted like they couldn't be bothered by my request, even though it is literally doing the bare minimum. But the doctor is very nice, so there's that.
