The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

I walked in with an eye injury. After waiting 30 minutes, staff performed a vision check and examined my eye. I appeared to have a corneal abrasion, but the attending person did not feel she had sufficient expertise or equipment to determine it may not be more than that. She referred me to Baylor ER, where it was later determined I had the noted abrasion as well as a tear in the cornea. While I spent a lot of time waiting in the two clinic/hospital ER rooms, I appreciate that I was not sent home from Citra without a definitive diagnosis to determine proper treatment. I felt well-cared for within the constraints of not having an opthalmology specialist or equipment on site.

I needed to get three sports physicals for my children.  Scheduling was fast and  easy.  We were in and out quickly.

However what i went in for was extremely embarrassing, every single one of them were so helpful! I didn’t even feel ashamed I highly recommend!

I was in and out in no time and the nurse practitioner knew exactly what was going on and provided a prescription for me which worked very well. Loved it.

Went in because of severe sciatica pain. Was given a shot and prescribed some medication to help ease the pain. Staff was gentle and efficient.

Front desk personal is rude. Wait time was longer than expected

I was a walk in. I felt I received very good medical care and was happy I went when I was feeling so bad. Will definitely go again even though I have a primary Dr. You can get seen when you need to. I was given 3 prescriptions and went to a 24 hour pharmacy so I can start treatment right away.

Went in with a sinus infection and got diagnosed quickly. All staff were friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic provider.
