Easy scheduling. They were ready when I got there.  The guy that checked me in was fantastic!  The PA was fantastic!  In and out in 15 min! Highly recommend!

Made appointment day prior with ease. Woke up and felt better so was going to cancel but decided to go anyways. Sure glad I did as I was sent over hospital to get CT for suspect of appendicitis and sure enough that is what I had. I had surgery that same day. They were all kind, compassionate and really concerned about me as I just wanted to go home and wait it out but due to the insistance of Brian that I go to hospital today he saved me further complications.

Very good experience from start to finish. In and out in less than 30 minutes. The nurse and the doctor were so friendly and kind. We are Canadians and wish we had something like this back home. On a side note, our RX was ready when we went to pick it up!

The help was excellent. Fast, friendly efficient and professional. The PA wore a black mask for some strange reason so it was difficult to connect with her but she spoke loudly.

Scheduling was easy online. Sara at the front desk was pleasant, efficient and very helpful. Saw Kaelyn the PA who was caring, thorough and professional. She took her time with me and recommended I get an X-ray for my knee. She also made sure the X-ray was an urgent level and for results to immediately come back to her. She got the results and immediately called to order an MRI for further testing. As soon as she got the results, I was called to give me the results and a recommendation to follow up with my PCP and get an ortho consult. I cannot say enough about the staff at the Cape Coral location. Will definitely use them again!

This was my first visit to Coastal Urgency Care. I just moved to this area and was waiting on my new primary care appointment. I needed to see someone now, so I chose Coastal Urgency Care on Del Pardo Blvd. Was I glad I did, everyone was extremely nice and polite. I was taken care of with respect and courtesy. If I ever need a Urgency Care in the future I will definitely go back to Coastal Urgency Care on Del Pardo Blvd.
