I highly advise you to stay away from this facility. If you want a real medical team, go some place they want to take care of you. Worst medical staff ever!

Phenomenal facility & care.

Everyone was great. However I liked Lana the most; she’s beautiful and I love her.

I had never been to this urgent care. They were very thorough, and explained everything in great detail.

By far the BEST ER / Urgent care in Frisco. Unfortunately I have been to 5 different ones specifically in Frisco. Caring & professional staff. Clean facility and no wait. Dr. Barrows is Fabulous! He is caring, compassionate and made a difficult situation much more bearable. Do waste your time going anywhere else.

My experience was very professional and I had complete confidence in the Doctor and Medical Staff that treated me. The insurance inquiries were handled timely. They were able to handle all the tests and procedures I needed without sending me to other facilities. I will be using the facility now instead of not getting help because it takes too long to schedule an appointment with my PCP.

Everyone was very nice and understanding. Taking their time helping and really talking to you to get to the root of the problem
