It's 7.30 and they still havent open or even showed up ...👎👎👎

As everyone else said, the lady is EXTREMELY rude which is absolutely unprofessional- when you are working in a field dedicated to help others.

The lady that hands you the papers is rude as ever. She has a horrible attitude and needs to pick another profession as she seems like she hates her job. She was even rude to the gw gentleman in front of me for asking a simple question.

I am giving 2 stars because the test itself was prompt. Let's talk about the staff. Unprofessional, EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL, God forbid if you have a question, because they won't answer it or help you in any way. I also work in helalth care (hence my need for a test) I can't imagine treating people the way I was treated. Young girls who are so bothered by anything or anyone asking a simple question. Just FYI, that area has really poor cell phone reception, do not stand in line without being registered because they won't see you. Also, this testing site is not FREE, you either need insurance or it's $100.00 to get tested. I hope someone talks to these girls and explains that we as people sometimes have questions and being nice does not cost anything

We came for test at Gilroy location on July 29, 2021 - we arrived and was in line for test at 6:15. At 6:40, one lady came out telling everyone who was waiting that they’re not seeing the rest of us and will only take the man in the counter as their last patient for that day. The lady was very rude and walked away when we were talking to her. I just feel bad that your business is being represented by this kind of employee. She shouldn’t be in health care service.
