What patients are saying...

My doctor at the office was fantastic. My issues with this office has entirely to do with their billing practices. After I got my bill I called them and asked about payment plan options. They informed me that I could pay my bill off in increments of $20 a month. I made my payments every month on time, and I just recently received a call telling me that they are changing their billing policy for all patients, and my balance was now due in 60 days or else they would be sending me to collections. I asked them what happened to the payment plan that they said I could do and they said it was not allowed under their new billing policy. the lady was also extremely rude when I tried to bring up the fact that they had previously told me I would be allowed to pay off the balance in increments. I am now looking for a new healthcare provider and will likely never go back to colonial care because of this experience.

I went in with some severe stomach pain, got a little relief from a shot and got a script. Went back the next day with stomach pain, still. Tests were run, still no one knew anything about what was going on, sent home again. Monday morning, I had my family take me to the ER. The nothing that was located was actually very inflamed, and Thank goodness I used my better judgement and went in. Usually have very good experiences here, this time was horrible.
