Woke up at 12:30 AM and realized I probably had a UTI. I got on my phone first thing this morning and got an 8 o’clock appointment. Wait time was wonderful. Staff is excellent. Thank you so much.

The new client intake was an absolute pain. I was in person, yet still had to download an app, fill out paperwork, and schedule my own appointment TWICE because I had to do it all separately for both of my kids. This included uploading my own payment, insurance, and credit card. Why is there even a staffed front desk if you’re going to outsource everything to an app? It took about 30 minutes and I timed out several times because of poor cell service. What if my phone was dead or I didn’t have data? Over reliance on your app is stupid and undervalues the very qualified staff members you have at the office. Ultimately, despite going in person and spending 2 hours there, I still only received telehealth service. That is unacceptable, especially in the medical profession

This is the second time I have used the Cottage Grove site, and once again I was impressed by the quality of care and overall professionalism of all staff. The person who saw me, Kristin (?), was excellent, and the nurse and receptionist were also great.

Walked in right away.  All staff were so friendly and helpful.  I am from out of state and a seasoned RN.  Very skeptical about places and providers I do not know. The NP/provider there was knowledgeable and kind.  I received the care I needed and would highly recommend this urgent care.

Had a short timeline before a flight and the staff did everything they could to treat me and accommodate me on very short notice.  From start to finish, they had my best interests in mind and did what they could to make sure I made it to my flight on time.  Thank you to the staff in Cottage Grove!

Our family loves using compcare/urgent care. Everyone is always so friendly and we can always find an appointment that fits our schedule.  Using the app for appointments and paperwork is so convenient!

Woke up at 1:00 a.m. with a blocked ear and sinuses.  Scheduled appt within minutes.  They brought me to a room right away.  Very nice staff to work with.  Thank goodness you!! Would recommend.

I was a walk-in for a DOT physical. Several technical problems with paperwork which caused a delay.  Overall, staff was friendly, accommodating and apologetic for the delay. My credit card was billed twice. We’ll see if it corrects overnight otherwise I’ll have to call billing.

Came in from out of state. I was concerned about possible kidney issues. I was greeted kindly. No issues with insurance and was seen readily and diagnosis was called in to me. Thankfully all is well.
