I have had sinus and chest congestion for 6 days and decided to het it checked out medically. The Urgent Cares in my area had very long wait times and do not accept appointments. Then I looked at Compcare and had an appointment an hour later. Wait time was about 20 minutes. Cooper (PA or nurse practitioner) did a good exam and explained everything well. I would recommend him and Compcare.

Have a lingering cough. Made an appointment on line. Very easy. Check-in was straight forward and quick. The staff is great, polite, understanding and very helpful. The Doctor was thorough, understanding and thoughtful. Overall a very good experience.

I was able to walk in and get seen almost immediately, everyone was very friendly and I was out within 30 minutes. However, I was told I'd get a prescription sent over to the pharmacy and it seemed to not be sent even after calling to double check after getting to the pharmacy.

The doctor sent over a different prescription than what we had talked about. I was supposed to get something for my bladder infection and Hy-Vee pharmacy said it was the wrong medication. Can you please check and send over the correct prescription to Hy-Vee yet tonight?
