Dr Doylug and the entire staff were great. I came in with a broken leg and they got me X-rays and a temp cast and lined me up with a specialist visit right away. DR Doug went above and beyond to provide the best care possible.

Took over an hour to be seen for a scheduled occupational health lab. Forgot to draw one of the labs and had to have 2 blood draws. Spilled blood on floor. Bathroom was uncleanly. Front desk staff very nice.

Re-check on ear infection - wasn’t getting better.  They researched and prescribed a different medication.  Also, very concerned about the pain I was dealing with.

I scheduled my appointment for 1 pm and arrived 20 minutes early. At 12:55 I was told that the provider was going out to lunch and I was very confused because my appointment was confirmed. I was then offered a virtual visit and waited another 40 minutes and I was the only one in the waiting room for most of that. I waited in my exam room for another 20 minutes to get on with the provider. I asked for a sinus infection prescription and was told I could not pick it up until Thursday (2 days later). It’s Thursday now, 3:50 pm and my prescription still says delayed and I am unable to fill it.
