Just felt like doctor wasn't brimming with confidence. I think I have pretty consistent symptoms of lymes disease but got better info Google. He did not ask any questions just waited for us to lead the conversation. Nice doctor but I did not leave anymore educated then when the session started. He did ask if we had others question at the end. At this point I would say the benefit was getting the antibiotics prescribed remotely.

I have always been happy with compcare, I have tried other virtual services and have been disappointed, I will stick with compcare from now on!

I have never had someone that I felt truly listened to me and gave me advice. She empathized with me and made me feel heard and cared about.

There was no appointment. I got to urgent care and there was nothing scheduled for me!! I couldn’t have a virtual visit because I needed a throat culture which I made very clear.

I had an e-visit with one of the doctors there, he was exceptional. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Fast, efficient. And in particular very informative. Didn’t skimp on giving me quality information.

No one showed, waited over 15 mins, then an hour later got notification that the care giver was ready. I had work to do then and could not join.

Well, after booking an appointment and having them cancel it, i finally was able to book a virtual visit. The wait time for telehealth was almost an hour but I also realize providers are overbooked right now. Provider was great. Friendly and listened to my complaints.

We waited online for 30 minutes and No visit happened. Not very impressed.
