It’s easy to appreciate any help when sickness has you down…….  But from the time that I passed through the door to check in until I had the doctor’s review and recommendation I was treated with care and genuine compassion! I needed that, Thanks a Bunch!

Came in and they were friendly and wanted. to help me . Then took me in xrayed my foot . Then took to another room Dr came told me i have broken little toe ! Then wrapped it up .said was done and put walking boot on. Then Dr helped me to door . It was a nice vist. would recommend then to family and friends.

Went in for sore throat.  Had a rapid screen.  The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t physically see a doctor.   No ears checked or throat actually looked at.   Had virtual visit via iPad.  Still not feeling good but now hate to pay for another visit.

Wait time was very long. Needs to be cleaner. It is a clinic not a fastfood restaurant.

I got injured at work and needed to be seen asap and I first called mayo because that's where I always went it's where I get my primary care, long story short 45 min later I was transfered to a occupational clinic over an hour away in Austin mn.. within miss I had appointment scheduled at compcare. Clair Jordan was beyond amazing at the rochester clinic, she went above an beyond I feel, and showed genuine concern!!! I'll always use compare for work comp issues or urgent care needs

Was able to schedule and Check in online, short wait time, staff were efficient and friendly! All in all, a painless urgent care experience. Will be coming here again!

I've had worse than this place before. They were easy to brush off. Unprofessional staff, poor skills, and poor referrals. They refer you to physical therapy places that shouldn't be around the area and limit your choices. And they dodge the reality of your situation when you explain it to them. It's like they live in a false reality of your situation. Not a place I would recommend if looking for a legit trustworthy place to get you back to your activities with legit advice. In my opinion I would rate them a 1 out of 10 and ignore this place. If you're a 5 star athlete or Michael "Air" Jordan I would seek advice elsewhere. Don't spend 20 plus years of your life running to these places. Get yourself together and find your true worth in life. I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion but find an opinion that works for you and shows that it works.

Scheduling online was easy and I was able to make my appointment for the next day. Check in was pleasant and care was great. I appreciated the reminders and communication when my appointment time had to be changed by just an hour earlier, no problem. I would recommend this provider.

Had to schedule employer required test. Was able to get in same day. Easy check in. Front desk receptionist, very friendly.  Their claim is short wait times. I waited 55 min before I was called back. When I mentioned the long wait to the provider he was unapologetic and short with me.  Hopefully today was not the norm but what’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait an hour. I will say, the place was very clean.

Seen for UTI sx. We had no problems and the staff was helpful and caring.
