had an appt for 1:30 and finally got the test done at 4:45. I wasn't given any information. Staff completely ignored me. Worse medical attention I have ever received. Watched the staff treat other patients the same way.

Kellie the manager of this clinic is the most unprofessional & person I have ever encountered! She yelled at my husband and I after we merely asked simple questions regarding our Covid test - that they told us would be available. She told us we could wait in the parking lot for five days - basically, “you can wait as long as you want to”....you won’t get a test Kelly didn’t care at all! This is the worst clinic I have ever been to in my life! I do not recommend anyone go here. It is a waste of your healthcare dollars and time! Kellie should lose whatever license she has, she Is one of the rudest human beings I have ever met! She should never work in healthcare, or with people. The owners of this clinic should be fined or shut down, for stealing patient dollars, and for hiring such rude people! This clinic will not last if this is how they continue to practice. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE! LIARS & THIEVES!

Don’t go there they take my test for COVID-19 and told me it will take 72 hours for the results and I been waiting for 6 days every time a call they give run around and when I called today and say if you guy can’t get my test results I can go somewhere else they told me you can go The refused to refund my money I did payed for the test as well . I can’t believe they play with this kind of tests and they talk to me very rude and I wrote this review after they told me now it takes up to 12 days

Snacks and Coffee does not make for good care. I went to Complete Urgent Care on 2/4/20 and saw Dr. Whitmer (RUN!!! I'm telling you now). Dr. Whitmer refused to treat an old injury (herniated disc) that flares up from time to time with the treatment suggested by physical therapist and an old neurosurgeon that used to treat me years ago. Dr. Whitmer stated that a Steroid Dose Pack which is common treatment for such an injury was not scientifically shown to reduce acute inflammation in the back. This is a total lie and a misrepresentation of the science. after leaving unsatisfied, I attempted to call and work out my concerns with the business management. Kelly, the supposed COO was rude, and hung up in my face rather than having a calm conversation about resolving the poor patient outcome I am living. She refused to issue a refund or to give me the name of her supervisor. Likely for fear that I would detail her tone and behavior--which I most certainly would have. There are many other clinics and walk-in options available all over nashville. I would not take my family here, nor do I recommend this place to anyone. Beware - if you are looking for healthcare with humanity - go elsewhere. If you want to be belittled and treated without respect. Spend your money here.
