Service and quality were good. You could do a better job of answering the phone. Online, it states results may take 72 hours, when I scheduled my appointment I was told 24-48 hours. For $100 a test, you should be more responsive and hire more people.

Everyone is nice, but again this time (and 2 of my last 3 visits) the lab didn’t due a crucial test that was ordered by my dr. I am a Tyoe 1 diabetic and the A1C test is the most important for me, and this was 1 of only 2 tests on my lab order, but once again my lab results don’t list this test. This will cause me to need to find a different lab in the future as this can’t keep happening.

I went here today for a curbside COVID test, my appointment was at 8 am. I arrived about 4 minutes early and the lab tech came out by 8 am. She apologized for not coming sooner and I the process took only a minute. Quick and easy!

My kids who both had tested positive for strep were asleep in the car when we pulled up to the compunet facility. I parked and made a call to tell them I was there. The person came to my car to swab my mouth and nose. She was very kind and knowledgeable. My kids didn’t even wake up. Thank you. My two littles are under 5 and bringing them in while we are sick would have tough.

My last experience with this Compunet facility was horrendous! I must say, today was the extreme opposite!! The technicians were very friendly, compassionate and professional! What a lovely breath of fresh air! Keep up the excellent work ladies!!

The gals at the front desk at the 2400 Lakeview Drive, Fairborn location have no clue for concern with CompuNet. The lady I was talking to told me they didn't even know if they were doing testing today. I asked her, can you at least tell me how to set up an appointment or get a hold of someone. She said she can't, she's not even allowed to look at my chart. I said there are CompuNet signs posted out front. Isn't there anyone I can talk to about getting help? She said I would just have to go online and make an appointment with them somehow. So I left, frustrated. On a whim, I drove to a nearby medical office that I have been to before. I told the woman, that I wasn't able to get anywhere with the 2400 Lakeview Drive / CompuNet location. I told her I don't understand how there is nobody there to talk to. The people out front are totally incapable of helping me. The lady at this medical office said I can look up your chart and get your scheduled! I went back to the 2400 location parking lot and called the phone number on the CompuNet sign. A nice girl came out and swabbed my nose. I told her the situation and she said 'We don't work for the gals at this office. We just rent a space here and unfortunately they don't have a clue what we do'. I said 'that's for damn sure'. She was really glad that the lady over at the medical office I went to was able to help me out. I said, I am too because was about to give up. This is the biggest disconnect I have ever witnessed between this 2400 Lakeview Drive location and CompuNet. The least CompuNet could do would have somebody there, out front at these locations, to help answer questions!

The lady was kind when I went for the Covid/flu/RSV test. The service was prompt, which I appreciate. She also answered my questions.

In my experience, every provider has been so nice and caring! I have been in for lab testing and also “curbside” for covid testing and everyone was so sweet. The check-in process was extremely easy, and my wait time was maybe 10 minutes both times. Each tech took the time to explain the test being done and eased my nerves (I don’t do well with needles) which helped me feel way more comfortable! Would definitely recommend
