I was sent to concentra after I fell at my job. I was told I had to come here. If you can avoid this place, I would. Dr. O'brien is rude, she is an idiot, and did not listen to what I told her. I explained where my pain was and it was partially nerve related and she ordered an xray, but to determine if a nerve is damaged you would not be able to see that on an xray, as a dr she should know that! Even the lady who did the xray said to see the nerves it would be an mri. She put me on a weight lift restriction but never asked me for details of what my job entails. So since my job does not require me to lift anything heavy the restriction does not help me. When I tried to address it she would not even listen to what I was trying to tell her, then a medical assistant came in the room and I said something to her about it, of course she went to talk to dr o'brien and came back with nothing changed. I would not go to this place or see dr. O'brien even if i was dying. You won't be heard!

I am only giving one star for the staff. If I had an option of zero, the zero would be for Dr. O’Brien, but the staff deserves a star. Went in today for X-ray results. The nurse asked about my pain and I said it was still horrific. Doc didn’t ask about my pain at all. She had me painfully bend over as far as I could and told me to follow up with PT, which I’m already doing and was about to send be out the door. I said, “wait, what about my X-ray results? That’s why I’m here today”. She was confused, didn’t even know that’s why I was there, rolled her eyes and verrryyy rudely said she’d go look it up (meaning that she hadn’t reviewed it at all). 15 min later she came back with no paperwork and said everything checked out fine. I asked for a copy of my test results. She literally got offensive and told me that I don’t need a copy! I said my employer wants a copy and it’s completely my right to have a copy. She looked at me like I was stupid, rolled her eyes again and left the room without a word, SLAMMING THE DOOR! I’m talking about a 70-ish year old woman. Ridiculous. I waited for FORTY MINUTES before I finally opened my door and asked the staff what was taking so long. They had no idea what I was talking about; Dr. O’Brien never asked the staff to print off my X-ray summary for me, she never came back into my room after slamming the door and never communicated to me what my next plan of procedure was. How do I know that? I recorded everything once I finally opened the door and asked what was going on, the staff was very nice but said Dr. O’Brien never asked them to print my X-ray results, and I had the paperwork in less than 2 minutes. I had to ask my sister to pick my daughter up from school because I was held in a room for over 40 minutes for something that was easily printed in 2 minutes! After slamming the door, she never returned to tell me I had a follow up appointment/future plan of action/anything. She slammed the door and just left me there. When the nice staff told me that I have a follow up with Dr. O’Brien in a week, I laughed and said it will NOT be with her. Literally the worst, non caring, shoot them out the door doctor I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!

Had a 10am appointment and left at 1pm! I would not go here again unless you want to waste your time.
