What patients are saying...

3.0

The lady at the front desk with short black hair, wearing a Royals jersey under her uniform shirt should be relieved of duties that are apparently way over her skill level. She ignored me for several minutes and then told me she'd be right with me as she stared at her computer screen for several more minutes until a man came in behind me. I waited patiently with my paperwork in my hand while she continued to ignore me. Finally she addressed the reason for my visit, which was a pre-employment drug test. I gave her all the paperwork I had and showed her the bar code on my email and she immediately told me that I didn't have what I needed that there was an attachment that I should have downloaded. I explained I carefully followed directions and this is what I was supposed to give her and show her, then she said I had to forward my email to her, which oddly wouldn't go through. After some frustration on my part and clearly on her part a very courteous young lady named Christina offered to help, she took one look at my paperwork, reassured me that I had everything that was needed and she would take care of me from there... thank goodness! However, the dark-haired lady, who I believe the name was Tina, was busy eagerly greeting, helping, and being unprofessionally friendly (calling them sweety and honey) with the three men that came in after me, nearly as soon as they walked in the door. I wouldn't have thought much about it if she hadn't been so rude to me from the very moment I walked in the door. Maybe she is busier looking for a prom date than taking pride in the quality and competence of her work. She was wailing about how busy they had been that day. I completely appreciate being busy and tired at the near end of your day, however, I don't understand her incompetence with me, yet she was Mary Sunshine and most helpful with the men who came in after me for the same thing. The Quality of Care by Christina was amazing.... Quality of care by Tina was non-existent. Christina's Bedside manner, friendliness and quality of care was over the top and allowed me to keep my sense of humor. I wish I could rate these two people completely separately, except I don't see anything that is below a 0 for the front desk Tina. Since people are initially, or eventually greeted by her, I would not recommend this location to anyone. I drove an hour to have this done, I was on a time limit and I would have been very upset had I left without getting the test completed. Christina saved the day... give her a pay raise!
