I waited over two hours for rapid covid test and was told i would be called in twenty minutes. Five hours later still nothing

Zero!!!! Terrible!!! Waste of time! Don’t bother! I had an appointment that they gave me! I drove 45 minutes and arrived 35 minutes early. I stood outside for 15 minutes only to be told that it was a 4-5 hour wait and to come back tomorrow! Fat chance on that! I will never ever call them again. They are a huge waste of time...

I don't like that Convenient MD doesn't bill you at the time of service. You get a surprise bill later on. Their main problem is poor communication. No one ever called me back when I called twice (a week apart) to get my final xray results and to have a different med called in because I couldn't take the med they sent to the pharmacy. I had to go over to get a copy of my xray results. When they asked why I was there I told them what happened. The outdoor screener said corporate cut back their staffing and that they can't keep up with the waiting room, never mind call patients back. The staff apologized. Not impressed that a simple phone call was not made.

My daughter wanted a covid test. I called ahead and was told they will do it in your car, no appt needed. When we got there, we were triaged by a nurse who did not know how to spell common meds, nor did he speak English very well. It was hard to understand him. We were told we had to come in and see a provider, which we did not need to do. He said it was necessary because of a runny nose. He looked exhausted and like he would rather be anywhere than at work. He tried to room my daughter into a dirty room. I pointed it out and he very quickly wiped the exam table, then changed the paper. Not impressive. The female PA was very nice, apologized for the nurse bringing us into a dirty room and for all the delays. I explained to her we just want the test due to unexplained fatigue and a runny nose. She said ok, did the test, then we left.

Very accommodating staff, didn't have to wait long and very professional and caring medical team. Took great care of my 10 year old son.
