Not happy with them at all - they returned to answer typicall Qu - like “ what Dr is on and how the do their drug screening for pre employment.” They broke the chain of custody for my urinalysis . Never will I go back !! Crystal Pacheco ,took me into 3 rooms and never clean them after I left .. she was extremely rude , Apparently she didn’t like me asking questions on policy and procedure . Hopefully this helps people decide if they wanna go there .

What a horrible place. I had to go to this place because of COVID scare and it was near me to have a skin condition looked at. I mentioned to them what my condition it could be (due to extensive history) and asked if there is a possible skin test to confirm my condition or biopsy. However, I got a physician assistant who just said "Oh, so you consulted Dr. Google and we got no skin test here". How humiliating. They charged me $200+ for the visit and diagnosed my skin condition with just a quick look. I went to a proper dermatologist. It turned out my skin condition was NOT what they diagnosed. Never ever go here if you are looking for a professional even if it's convenient. It is NEVER convenient and you WILL pay!

VERY FRUSTRATED!!! This place just shouldn’t be called “urgent care”, as they simply DO NOT provide urgent care. My husband cut his finger off and we couldn’t stop the bleeding for 20 minutes, so we rushed to the “urgency care”. They said they could help, but need to wait a few minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes (!) and seeing other people who came after us being admitted, we asked how long the wait is, they said there are still couple persons in front of us. We had to leave immediately before running out of blood. We understand that they are very busy with COVID tests now, just wish they could tell us upfront that we have to wait 1 hour or so. It’s just too dangerous to wait that long with open wound and bleeding! So please NEVER go there with urgent needs!!!

I am going to write the NH Dept. of health about this joint. COVID test for me "Insufficient sample" and they lost my wife's like she was never there. Waiting 45 minutes despite having made appt. in advance. Bunch of millenials running around the parking lot in their PPE and screwing up tests. Not a single adult in charge. This place is a disgrace and to be avoided if not shut down entirely. If YOU do not take this virus seriously, then why should we.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID-19 TEST! I Walked up to the counter and told the woman: "I would like to be tested for Covid-19." And then... They lead you to believe that they're going to do the typical nose swab thing that is done EVERYWHERE while you wait in your car. I was told there were 12 others ahead of me also in the parking lot sitting in their cars waiting (Ok no problem. I'm going to be here awhile). So after nearly two hours and two cell phone calls asking for my health information and my PCP contact info like I'm going in for major surgery I ask they obvious question: "Isn't this a lot of work for a simple nose swab Covid test?" To which she replies: "you're going to go inside and see a provider." "What! I'm only here for a Covid test!" "I'm not here for a physical!" "I told the woman at the desk that I need a Covid test." And she say's "yeah we're a health care provider." "You'll see a provider and get a Covid test." "But (I say) I just want a Covid test." Her reply? "Go to Walgreens." "They do Covid test." It's obvious they're trying to wring out every dollar they can out of your insurance by turning a Covid test into a doctor's office visit. GOOD LUCK!

this is the worst place I have ever had to visit for health care. Long waits, unfriendly staff, horrible television stations on the tv. How does a place like this stay in business. If this is what health care has come down to, god help us all.

The thing about me is, I never throw away old mail. The thing about my wife is she opens every letter and reads them. Even if there is a mad backlog. So when UrgentCare MD in Windham sent a debt collector after us without contacting us prior, i had fucking words. They said they sent out three notices --none of which came. They never bothered to call either. Just went straight for the hounds. We're all squared away now but I can't help but feel burned by my local healthcare provider.

After 2 missed pneumonia diagnosis’s 2 and 3 years ago I decided this place must have fixed their ways. WRONG Went for strep throat treatment. Rapid culture came back negative. Said it is a virus despite whit patches on throat, fever, etc. Left after seeing the dr for less than 4 minutes total. Called to confirm culture would be sent out. They stated they NEVER send out adult cultures. When asked why she stated because adults can clear strep. Why test for it in the first place if this is the case? I confirmed meds would have been administered if it was positive. Brought my 9 year old to her pedi, rapid strep negative - culture sent out positive. A week later and I am still sick. Not only are they quick to shuffle patients out, they are dismissive of patients’ needs. I would highly discourage anyone from treating here... even if a last resort.
