What patients are saying...

Having the ability to schedule my appointment prior to arrival helped with wait times. I was taken care of very quickly. The provider who treated me (doctor/physician.) was VERY nice, understanding and helpful. The only thing that was discouraging was the nurse (I’m assuming that was her roll?) that came in prior to the doctor was very rough, and seemed very miserable while taking my vitals and such. She was asking me many questions. When I redirected her because of my comfortability, she became rude. Upon her leaving the room she slammed the door. Startling me. The reasoning I was there I would think she would have thought to be more mindful. Other than that, wonderful place.

By far the best experience I have ever had with an urgent care. They were thorough, in depth, and extremely kind. Honestly, I don't mind waiting the wait time to be seen since they are on top of things... a business that is busy is usually a good sign for an urgent care center.

Twice I brought patients to Cooper Urgent care in Audubon. Both times we were turned away, without being evaluated, or stabilized. I was told to take the patients to the Emergency Room for evaluation. The ER was astonished that one patient was sent out by car, before being stabilized. That patient was admitted to the hospital. The other patient was turned away because they said they couldn't do lab work, & to take them to the ER. That patient turned out to have a sinus infection. I won't bother to use Cooper's Urgent Care again, even though they are the closest. They can have all the Board Certified ER Docs, in the world, but if they don't even see patients, what good are they?

They treated my 4 month old grandson and they took very good care of him. He needed a nebulizer treatment and an X-ray and even though it was after hours on a Friday they continued to work with him until he was well enough to go home.
