If you’re using Zocdoc, please choose a different place than this sad practice. First, being 30 minutes late to a telehealth appointment is ridiculous. And second, saying you’re going to treat my issue with my preferred method during the appointment and then calling two hours later and saying you won’t be doing that is incredibly unprofessional. This place is a waste of time and money!
