Not a good experience at all. Didn't get the test done. Had issues getting the auto code to be tested and no one would help me, so I left, went to Costco and got a test. Also, the directions only give the address, which is a mall. Website said nothing about the testing site was located behind Dick's sporting Goods in what looked like a guard shack. Had two sandwich boards stating Covid Clinic standing right by the shack. Would have been nice if at least one of the signs were near a road so that people could see it. Went to a site last year in Sparks and everyone there went out of their way to help those of us who were having issues with the auth number. I was the only person at the clinic at Meadowbrook Mall and the two girls there sat and watched me struggle without offering any help at all.

Was told my appt was confirmed and went to the location and they couldn't find my info. I went through the process three times and couldn't get a #. When I asked for help from the employee, she said she couldn't help me. I left without being tested.

Easy testing experience. Nurse was nice.

No line, Test was quick and easy.. Paperwork was the most time consuming thing about the test, and a bit confusing.
