It was very nice experience considering. The young lady who helped me was amazing!! So patient. Maybe make it a little more noticeable as I passed it several times.

i needed this test for a class, did not get results after 4 days, i had to pay for a test out of state... still did not get results...

Prompt service. Mapquest took me to the wrong place… in the middle of a field. Actual location is “ok”. A trailer on the edge of a shopping center parking lot.

The test was fine. But I had a hard time finding the place/c I was looking for a clinic. Not a trailer in the parking lot of an outlet mall. You'd do well to make a note b/c your address sends ppl on a wild goose chase.

Awesome customer experience. Quick wait time, nice guy and just an incredible experience. Obviously we were very happy for the results and timely manner they were delivered. We were going on a vacation that we needed the tests for. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the actual experience, timely test results and great customer service. The only thing I would suggest is to update your site to an exact location and description of where the actual location is. It was very confusing as to where the actual RV was located. Can’t say enough about the actual service that was rendered.
