'Dr Lisa Reno' was extremely rude. You dont cut a patient off midsentence to basically tell them that you dont care about what they have to say and then walk out and start trashing them before you even walk out the door!! Rude rude rude! Not to mention, I was in there because my back has been hurting for weeks now and today I finally had enough of being in pain. I dont Dr Reno could not be any LESS empathetic if she tried! The way she acted made me feel like she thought I was in there for drugs and I'm fairly confident that she gave me a drug test under the pretense of a pregnancy test because I dont see how a simple pregnancy test takes almost 50 minutes to get the result... plus I HAVE AN IUD. ONE OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE BIRTHCONTROLS AROUND AND LIKE I SAID, YOU HAVE TO HAVE SEX TO GET PREGNANT. It made me mad. Overall the worst experience ever. The triage nurse couldnt of cared less either. Only good on was the girl at the front desk that checked me in. The rest were all terrible.

Always received the best care for years before today. My grandson (4yo) got bitten in the face by the family’s aging dog. The urgent care waiting room was empty save one other patient. They took our information. We sat in the waiting room. A nurse came out to view his face. Said he may need plastics. Surprising as it was a superficial wound. Took him at face value, he hurried us to ER. Surprised to be left in the ER. Had to start back at square one in a huge room full of aged sick patients all holding puke containers. Disrespectful. We got turfed!!!!! Said we would have at least an hour wait for triage and 4 1/2 hour minimum wait for a nurse practitioner. Note: superficial wound. What happened to plastics being needed to consult. Felt exceedingly flushed down the toilet. Great medical care staff at Urgent care!!! We left. Didn’t want our family to get the flu!!! The doctor’s office can get him antibiotics. Cox Urgent care is now my worst place to go to in a non-emergency situation.
