I highly recommend this urgent care clinic. There was around an hour wait but once I was taken back to see the nurse and doctor everything was quick and organized. The staff was very friendly and professional.

DO NOT RECOMMEND I got a bill from Jeff Jordan after visiting the Hendersonville office. I never saw him. I met physician assistant Timothy Hayes who saw me. This was at the new Hendersonville location. I visited their new Hendersonville location. I was the first patient. I expressly stated I wanted a routine preventative care wellness check, which included lab tests. This is supposed to be covered under my insurance. A month later, I got a bill from the lab and from the doctor's office for uncovered medical expenses. They had ordered lab work that wasn't considered preventative by my insurance but was considered diagnostic. I called my health insurance, the lab, and the doctor's office. No one wanted to talk to each other. They only wanted to talk to me and said I owed the money. I visited the Hendersonville office again and gave them a copy of my lab bill. They said they would not bill me for the expenses from them, and that they would contact my insurance and the lab regarding the lab bill. The next week, I had to visit again because they failed to get back to me. They hadn't even done anything to try and help me. So I had to wait there while the reception made a phone call. I asked for the doctor himself Dr. Jeff Kindred to call me. He never did and they never got back to me. I understand if doctors are busy and the doctor's office doesn't have time to call the insurance and ask what is or is not covered for every patient plan. But this office is new and not busy. I was the only patient. When I went back to the office to try and sort things out, the reception was in a t-shirt, blue jeans, with no shoes, with her feet in her chair using her cell phone. And they don't have time to follow up with my insurance company or me?

It would be great if you had a little compassion. My wife wasted 2 hours in your clinic for her to have to walk out because the staff was rude and un-caring. Thanks for nothing. Now she is headed to ER for another 4 hour wait. Thanks! Great way to help the White House community.

The price is high and they are trying to push a 3 week only instead of a month care and still don't take insurance yet either.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Crossroads Medical Group Staff and Dr. Kindred. I highly RECOMMEND him and all the staff. I drive 2 hours to see Dr.Kindred because he is such a caring Dr. and listens to his patients and definitely takes care of you. I appreciate him very much. He has taken such good care of me with my knee injury. He is a great Dr..and I highly recommend him to anyone that's having any orthopedic issues. He is GREAT. Keep up the good work Dr.Kindred.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I went it for a check up because I was having symptoms. After describing my symptoms they sent me for a ultrasound and said after the ultrasound they would know more and could give me medicine to help the symptoms I was experiencing if anything came back on the ultrasound. I went for the ultrasound and it took them a week to give me my results when the ultrasound tech offsite said they would have my results in 24hours. After me having to call them and tell someone to call me to give me my results they finally call and tell me my results. Which they found something on the ultrasound and I was told if that happens I would get medicine through them for my symptoms. The whole reason I went through this whole process! They then proceeded to tell me to go see a different Dr. That specializes in this area instead of helping treat my symptoms as promised. This is the worst place I have ever been and will never go to Hillary or Lauren again! Your supposed to be able to trust Drs when they say they will help you not just be thrown out to a different Dr when this case is in their means of practice.
