Unless you have good insurance I don’t recommend going here. They call you back based on what kind of insurance you have. Which is discrimination. Just because we’re poor and don’t have good insurance shouldn’t matter what type of care we get. I’ve never in my life heard of this.

Moved from out of state and have been seeing an CRNP every six months for a couple of years now. Called to get CRNP to renew my mail in meds because it takes so long for me to receive them. CRNP has been renewing when I call in--I receive a reminder email from my mail in pharmacy. I later set up an appt. I was informed today, CRNP is no longer seeing 'family' care patients that I would need to see another healthcare provider before I can get my meds renewed. I explained I would run out of meds before I could see someone else and then have the prescriptions renewed. One office staff, Misty, slammed me on hold before I was able to complete my sentence. I requested to speak with the office manager, Dee, who hung up on me. Honest-was not being rude...just stating facts and requested to speak to or leave a message with a nurse or CRNP in hopes of receiving some helpful guidance. No can do....could not speak to a nurse, could not speak to CRNP--or leave any messages. Office staff kept telling me I had to be an established patient with another doctor. I am an established patient. Was also totally shocked being in Cullman how rude this staff was. If they were so knowledgeable, I told them I needed blood pressure meds--which is cardiology, so maybe I could see my CRNP who went to Cardiology---MAYBE THEY COULD AT LEAST ASK THE CRNP OR HER NURSE? Definitely need my blood pressure meds after dealing with these people. I never received any notification of this change so I could adapt on my end. I, for one, prefer not to be treated by an office staff. Although healthcare providers may be good, the office staff can make or break a practice. So if you want to be treated by an office staff---use this practice. Otherwise, I would definitely go somewhere else.
