The doctor who saw me was very rude and inserted the test all they way. We told her it hurts and she kept sayin that that was they way of the test, we have it done before and it never hurt this much. My eyes were watery amd had nose pain all afternoon. Not fair, I suffer from nose allergies and she did made me feel bad. She said she wasnt suppose to the job because she was a doctor not a receptionist, so if she doesnt like doing covid tests pls tell people to come back later instead of harming people they way she did to me and my mother who also had the test done that day. I am very upset at this.

I have been to this facility a few times for rapid COVID tests since the wait time is usually low. Yesterday, I came for a COVID test at about 5:45p. There was only one staff present. She was not mean, but she did not greet me and she did not have a friendly or warm presence about.. she seemed a bit irritable for whatever reason. During the test she kind of shoved the swab high up my nose without warning. When I flinched and pointed out that I never had it done that way, she did not offer an apology. Towards the end she asked me to sit and wait for results. I asked if I could receive a text like previous times. She said yes. However I never received the text with results.
