Wasn't feeling well and was able to schedule a same day appointment. The office is always clean staff is always friendly. Scheduling and check-in is always easy. I have seen them in the past when I had hives as well. During that visit I got the best care I ever had during one of my flare ups.

I was informed by reception that they could provide a specific medical service. After waiting for the PA (roughly 2.5 hours total) to see me, I was informed they do not and that I would be referred out.

I had to wait longer than others because the front desk staff said they had to call my secondary insurance for authorization. I’m not sure this is true, as I haven’t had this experience with other providers.  Otherwise, my visit was good. The MA and PA were both friendly and professional.

My son came in due to fever and loss of appetite and energy. Our overall experience was 10/10, thank you for all the kindness and assistance on helping my baby feel better.

Needed a med refill. They were cool about it. Thanks. Wait time was better than average.

I have waited for 24 hours for my prescriptions and still have not been able to pick them up.
