Service was absolutely terrible!! Waited so long I eventually got up and left to go somewhere else. Paid cash for the service I never got and then wouldn’t give me all my money back. To be honest I was warned about this place but gave it a chance anyways and it was a terrible experience!! And the took my money and did absolutely nothing!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! Beware!!

Dawson Urgent Care and Primary Care are absolutely outstanding. The offices are clean and well appointed, and more importantly the staff are all polite, caring, and well prepared. I believe in the approach to medicine that involves building a personal rapport. This practice excels in that area, which compliments the modern, data driven rigor Dr Bowers and staff apply in all interactions. I feel known, appreciated, respected, and valued at all times. In today’s world that is all too rare.
