HAVE A NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 72 HOURS OF VISITING. It is not on their website so I drove from quite a distance and was turned down. They would not even see me. Crazy if you ask me but that is their “policy.” I thought we were past the Covid scare.

I have just moved to Morgan Hill. My 82 year mom had injured her arm/ shoulder and I really needed immediate care for her as we are not registered with any doctors here. I turned to De Paul Urgent Care.She has Medicare coverage. I had to make a couple of trips because of the wait, but that was ok. Steve, very polite and helpful, at the front desk assured me she would be seen and my place in line was saved and we could go home to rest, and we came back later. The nurse was kind and thorough, Dr. Stephen Scherr gave us so much of his time in examining my mom and facilitated her X rays immediately. The X ray technician was so kind and gentle and patient with my mom. The results came in and Dr. Scherr, again explained in detail what was happening. The discharge nurse was kind and went through our instructions patiently. Her meds were ordered and we went home happy, knowing that nothing is broken and that we could have a Thanksgiving without worry. I am so grateful to this team. I have no words to thank them all.

Honestly I will do anything to avoid ER. Every time I need to go and see a doctor immediately this place is my go to. They have helped my family and I with our common colds, injuries, dads basic health needs throughout his battle with cancer and so much more. Yeah the wait time is a little bit much sometimes and then orhwr times is super quick.

All I can say is Dr.Sherr is great

Awful, awful service. Not worthy of 1 star. I had called before coming down and was told that as long as I made it there by 5pm, we would be seen. I arrived at 4:30 15 mins after calling. Waited in line with 1 person ahead of us. The receptionist gave the people in front of us paper work to be filled out. When she finally acknowledged us, she greeted us with "yeah?" We told her my 18 month old has 102 fever and red ears, believed to have an ear infection. She said "closed no more patients" and closed of the window on our faces! I have never been treated this way in the medical field! Mind you, an hour and a half before closing she turned us away! I called to make sure this wouldnt happen! There happened to be 1 woman in the waiting room that gasped at her reaction to us and suggested another medical facility. Our sweet boy wound up having double ear infections. Shame on this poor excuse of a urgent care, denying care!

Arrived when they Said they opened at 11am office was already open and taking names , we were there waiting over two hours when we left , the Dr. was pleasant, but they never sent me or the Dr. requesting the Test. Frustrating Though I would recommend there services if your needing them other than ER
