Fast and friendly! I had a minor issue with my ear and one other minor request, they had a quick look, told me what was wrong, and sent the prescription to my pharmacy all within 30 mins. They also accepted my insurance (Soonercare/Medicaid) so needless to say, I am satisfied with my experience. Thank you!

everyone is so sweet and caring. they always listen to me and my concerns. they form a plan that is actually achievable for me as a patient. i am not embarrassed to share any of my health concerns with any staff member. everyone has a knack for healthcare and treats patients like actual people with thoughts and feelings. 10/10

As always, I am addressed for every concern i have for my many many ailments. I am listened to with benevolence and treated with altruism for every concern. I am given resources out to other trusted institutions that will help me recover from my chronic pain and my joint pain sustained through very traumatic injuries. I’m met with empathy for the pain I suffered through, and still suffer the consequences of today, by each and every professional here. Most importantly, as a person who is also on the spectrum, I’m getting honest straight forward advice for the future of my recovery (Physical as well as mental). Which is reassuring in a world full of intrusive stimuli. I know what the future of my health looks like and what to expect. As a person with a late atypical diagnosis, having a plan for the present and future on important matters, matters most. When I say they take into account everything when it comes to what you are suffering through, that’s all I really need to say. If you ever have the pleasure to be a patient and client for this medical organization, you’ll eventually find yourself responsible for writing a similar review.
