Dr. Williams and his wonderful Staff saved my finger that would of been amputated if not done now, my ring was embedded in my hand and it had to be cut off which appeared impossible! They really deserve some recognition, this was a miracle! They are So medically Talented and Patient, I was in Severe Pain! I cant THANK them enough for what all they did! The nurses & staff are wonderful & attentive. I am only listing one star because after an ER visit for a kidney infection, I received a bill from the ER physician for $1853.00. Did I mention it was just a kidney infection? No one had to revive me, no xrays, just pee’d in a cup & got an IV to hydrate me & that was done by the nurse. I am a self pay & therefore the facility discounted my bill to $485.00 for the facility, which I paid that day. I then received a bill for the physician, my ‘first & only’ bill which was from a collection agency for $1853.00 for approximately 15 minutes of this doctor’s one on one time. Unbelievably staggering!!!

I’d give this facility 6 stars if I could. I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. To begin with, I had literally zero wait time. I walked right in, explained my injuries, and was sent straight back. The staff was friendlier than Mr. Rogers, all while maintaining professionalism. They made suggestions but listened to my decisions and compromised. They allowed me to joke (which helped with the pain) and joked back while providing excellent care. Aside from being treated for the broken arm and broken spine, it was like hanging out with a bunch of pals. In the instance you need medical attention, 12/10 recommend.

The worst ER anyone can visit. Unprofessional staff and rude. This ER is a scam hiding behind emergency treatment. A prescription for an antibiotic pain was billed for $2623.46. The whole checkup did not last more than 45 seconds. It is time the USA government makes all antibiotics available over the counter so regular citizens would not be taken advantage of by the greedy doctors, who see nothing in a patient but the all mighty dollar. What a shame and a joke this country has become.
