paid my bill clear at time of service then began getting harrassing calls from a collection agency saying i didnt pay my bill. i had confiremd a zero balance a year ago becuase of emails being sent saying there was a balance- after confirming nothing owed a year later a collections company saying i owe. pretty crap record keeping or they need the extra money due to rampant mismagament
