Abominable attitude toward my wife seeking emergency help following a choking incident. All the staff seemed interested in was her insurance coverage (a top tier BlueCross plan) and telling her it would cost thousands of dollars. She was so upset she was afraid to be treated there. Shame on you Dignity Health. Shame.

Jul 2020- Called ahead and was told to just drop in. Little other patient activity allowed me to quickly get to exam room. Reasonable wait time thru efficient records info taker and well attended by staff, tech and in good time by Dr D.R. who ordered house IV with a med that visually reduced the developing redness. Rx antibiotic doing cleanup working. A couple of hours well spent. Good team, good work.. thank you. JRB

I came in for a possible broken foot. They only had one other person waiting. I left after over 1 hour without even being triaged or taken back.
