What patients are saying...

My wife had the worst sore throat of her life - she could barely speak or swallow - so we went to the GoHealth Urgent Care nearby for a strep test. When we were checking in we asked how much the visit would be and they said it would be roughly $100 for the strep test. They failed to mention the New Patient Office Visit charge, which was billed to our insurance for $391, but then adjusted. Total bill was close to $300, not $100, as we were led to expect. When I called the billing department, the woman I spoke to was not helpful, but wasn't rude. Overall experience in the facility was fine other than that. Staff was friendly enough and we didn't wait too long for our appointment.
