What patients are saying...

Writing this review about my care at the (newer?) Doc Care facility on 66-55 Fresh Pond Rd in July. Nurse Practitioner who saw me was severely under experienced, just prescribed the same diagnostic tests as any annual physical. Then she simply read out my test results to me, no knowledge at all about how to interpret them or come close to a diagnosis. She told me she was also extremely lethargic and distracted because of the heat and ended up asking me the same questions again and again. Going to them is like going to the school nurse who only prescribes aspirin for everything. Office staff can be abrupt and snappish when they bother to get to you after they keep you on hold for over 15 minutes.
