The wait was long, which I was well aware of. The nurses were nice but seemed stressed seemed stressed and overwhelmed. The healthcare provider was treating me virtually thought an iPad, which was a little weird.  Here’s where I had issues: when I told the healthcare provider my symptoms, he ordered tests for the flu and Covid and then  prescribed me antibiotics before know the results of the tests. I was told that they would call me an hour after my appointment to let me know the results of the tests (which they never did). At that point I had already gotten my antibiotics from my pharmacy and started taking them. I quickly noticed my symptoms progressively get worst and my fever kept getting higher. I then got an email with my test results and turns out I have the Flu A stain and if you know anything about antibiotics, you are not supposed to take those with a viral infection because it can have a slew of negative effects on your health and worsen your viral symptoms. I tried calling the location I went to twice to get more info about why no one called me when my results came in and why I was prescribed the wrong medication/no one called me to tell me to start taking the antibiotics.  I ended up calling my primary and he felt bad I had such a negative experience and then prescribed the correct medication to take for the flu.

I don’t want to say how amazing my visit was because I don’t want anyone to know , this way if I have to go back, it won’t be crowded!  The staff, check in and PA were awesome! Out in under 30 minutes!

Woke up with a sore throat and needed a strep, Covid and flu test done. They didn’t have any flu or Covid tests in stock. They did give the strep test and wound up waiting over an hour for the results. There were only 2 other patients in the office. Ridiculous.

I would not, under any circumstances, visit this place again. The entire clinic was roasting and I came in with a high fever. I was uncomfortable the whole time.  Also, and, more importantly, I was not told at any point I wouldn’t be physically seen by a doctor or PA. My tests took over an hour to come back. Imagine my surprise when the tech (who I did like) brought an iPad with the doctor on the screen. What?! I sat for nearly an hour and a half hours in the boiling heat to talk to someone on a screen? Nope. I will never go back.

The two staff I saw physically in person were amazing. This place was under staffed I waited 2 hours just to see a doctor on an iPad. The whole trip took 3 hours. This was my first visit to docs and I can say it will be my last. I can't say that I would recommend this place at all. Please hire additional supports for the two staff that are there.
