Doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Everything was great but I was the last patient on a Friday night and my prescription never made it to the pharmacy; I even checked back the next morning. But there was no one to call at your office so I had to go to another clinic with weekend hours just to get the antibiotics I came to you for.

Made a reservation for 7:50pm. When I got there with my daughter it was 7:47pm, I went to check in and the receptionist tells me she cancelled the reservation because they don’t take patients later than 7:45. I didn’t get a cancellation message or a call even though the reservation was made an hr before the time of reservation. She was rude and unprofessional, she just kept repeating herself and didn’t even try to ask the provider on for the night if it was ok to be seen mind you there was no one else in the waiting area.

My follow up care was equivalent to my original urgent care appointment. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Doctor showed genuine concern and care for how, I was feeling since my original visit re-checking my ear, nose and throat as well as my vital signs noting improvement from my initial sick visit. The care and attention was enough to make me feel better again.
