Check in process is way too long.  Paper work could be done before coming in It can be optional. Also of a person has done a test that results take a little while patient should be contacted regardless of negative or positive!

Doctor was more worried about issues unrelated to why I was even there which was never an issue, visit just felt odd, will not be coming back to this particular urgent care.

Was not properly addressed when I came through the door, and there was much confusion as to who I was and what my appointment time was even though I had text confirmations. The staff was having a very unprofessional meeting just feet from me in the waiting room- all of which I heard about their terrible reviews and the overuse of personal devices on the job. Multiple people sitting behind the counter, and I was the only person in the waiting room- still got taken back after my appointment time even though I was 15 minutes early. I have never had a doctor rush through an exam or be as blatantly dismissive as this. After having left the room I could hear the doctor huffing and puffing, making phone calls to complain to what I assume is corporate. Apparently whatever was on his mind was more important than patient care today. Not only that, but I was left in a room after having 3 tests done with no clear instructions as to what would be happening next. 20 minutes later the doctor told me I should have left already and my results would be uploaded to the portal within 30 minutes. It’s now been 3 hours and counting and have yet to hear back on any results. I have tried calling the location 3 times, and left a voicemail. None of which have been returned. I would never recommend being seen at this location.

I couldn't get in to see my doctors, always full.so I called doc's urgent care. Appointment same day all tests completed, and scripts to pharmacy. I would recommend this place to everyone

Ease of scheduling was great, I was able to schedule an appointment same day. The girls at check in were great and accommodating. During my visit there was no doctor in the office so half my visit was done virtually so it was hard to show all my physical symptoms. The PA I “saw” told me she wrote two prescriptions to be sent to my pharmacy. The pharmacy never received them and when I called the office back to inquire I was not able to speak to a person, all I could do was leave a voicemail. I left a detailed message and no one ever got back to me despite repeated calls. I never did receive the prescriptions that were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy.

Easy to schedule but don’t expect to be seen quickly or at your appointment time. In both instances of my appointments I waited over an hour to be finally seen. I was given incorrect information about where to go for my follow-up appointment and where to get medical equipment I needed. I had to be inordinately proactive in my care, calling several pharmacies to find what I needed and calling the radiology group to have my x-rays sent to the correct location. I had to call the provider to have an order sent to the correct pharmacy for the equipment. I would not recommend this provider.

Waited 30 min after my scheduled appointment. No communication on what took so long. Took a rapid Covid test but they said they would call me with the results. 7 hours later and still no results.

I had an appointment with a colleague 10 minutes afterwards, I took the test the receptionist said I would get the results online 2 hours afterwards, 6 hours later still haven't gotten my results, there is no one you could talk to, online service isn't answering back, by far the worst experience taking any test. Very unorganized, not descriptive at all, my colleague got his results an hour and a half later. Make sure to spell out everything for the receptionist, cause they are obviously cashed out and don't give a damn.

Horrible. Made a 40 minute trip to the center only to be turns away twice. The 2nd was a follow-up appointment for that Docs apparently made for me and then once I arrived informed me they could not perform because th doctor was not in. REALLY?? And further more I was unable to contact anyone about this via phone or not the number provided for "chat".

Staff is very nice
