On 01/17/2022 I set an appointment for my three children to have a PCR done so the could go back to school because they where exposed to COVID -19 from contact from their mother you guys allow me to make the appointment for nothing, because when I got there you guys wanted to charge me $120 for each child to have the test done when I have insurance through Cigna. The front dest lady told me it your policy to charge for testing.if I would have known that it would be a charge of 120 per child I would of never set the appointment up but during the appointment set it ask for my insurance if you don’t take it why ask for insurance card when booking a COVID -19 test . Plus the charge for the test should be posted on website so you could see said price so I left work early for nothing for lake of proper advertising.

Sorry if this is a long one, but it's a long story. TL,DR - Never go here. I'm gonna skip through the flagrant COVID violations, as most other reviews cover that. If I didn't have it already, I probably do now. I went in, had a rapid test. Noticed the person giving the test only asked for my first name, and only put my first name on the test. I went back and got my results a half hour later, as the requested, because apparently the portal doesn't work. It was negative, yay! Within in minutes of getting home, I got an urgent message from a practitioner named Michelle. I called her back immediately, she said I had tested positive. She was unaware that I had come in to get my results or she would've told me in person, she seemed surprised that I was given a negative result, but I was more concerned about what I do now to get mad about it. We hung up, and I called my boyfriend to come home and leave work, he had to tell them I was sick and he had to quarantine. His whole office was told to leave and to quarantine. I sent a message to my boss saying the same. A few minutes later, I get another call from DOCs Hamden, from the person who performed my test. She said to "disregard the last call - it was meant for someone else with the same name as you, your test was negative". Well. Ok? I don't know what to believe, since she only took my first name. This place was so disorganized and awful, and already mixed up results once, I wouldn't doubt that they didn't mess it up again. If I do not have COVID, I wouldn't be surprised if I picked it up there. In the meantime, I do not know if I have it or not, since they gave me three different answers. I do not know if I am spreading it to others. I highly doubt the integrity of the test. This practice should be shut down.

I made an appointment and upon checking in my dob wouldn’t work, after trying to contact the site numerous times they just cancelled my appointment without even contacting me. Their system is faulty and the technology doesn’t stand behind the scheduling. Don’t go here!!!!

Easily the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a rapid covid test and was told results would be back in 30 min. It’s been over 24 hours with no word back. You can’t call the office, either. The operated has said their line is “busy” the 2 dozen times I’ve called. This place is a complete joke and is putting people in danger with false promises of a “rapid” test.

One does not know that if one has an appt, one should just go in (app waiting list implies waiting). One does not know that one must tell technician to do lab rather than rapid test, or rapid test will be done.

There was a lot of people waiting inside like 6 people. Either waiting to be called or waiting for results. I went to the southington one and we had to call to get results and that was better to me. The waiting room look like abandoned, dirty.. The staff was friendly.
