I was able to get in and seen by a doctor within a very short period of time. Everyone was helpful and kind. I had some trouble getting the app to work and the receptionist showed me what to do. The dr was great about explaining everything and even called me with test results and follow up information.

Do not go here if you are truly sick. I made an appointment same day because I was feeling awful and hoped to get swabbed for flu and Covid. I waited for two hours even though I had an appointment. Everyone there was for primary care, nothing was urgent. When I finally was seen and got swabbed, I was told I would get a call with the results. About an hour later I got a notification in my patient portal that I had the flu. I waited a few hours and when I still hadn’t gotten a call, I called and had to leave a message. I then called multiple times over the next few hours trying to get ahold of someone. When I finally did she said she had shown the doctor my results hours ago and thought he would have already called me. She said she would tell him again. Still no calls that day or the next. I suffered with the flu and couldn’t even get a phone call from a doctor let alone a prescription of any kind. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I would ask what meds you’re currently on if you’re prescribing new meds to make sure they’re not in conflict.  If so, advise what to do under those circumstances.

I had gone in because of a sinus infection and possible bronchitis. Not once did the doctor check my nose with an otoscope, and when they 'checked' my throat, they told me to stick my tongue out and say 'ah', she just LOOKED into my mouth! No flashlight, no otoscope, nothing. It almost seems like doctors all over the country just want our money and not actually help us get better. I never had a great visit at this location ever, possibly the laziest group of 'professionals' I've ever witnessed in a doctors office

Walk in with shore throat . I had to fill out some e-papers .Quick and easy .Great doctor and staff .

Everyone was so friendly and showed concern for and listened to my needs. I felt the exam was very thorough and not rushed at all. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend DOCS!!
