Very disappointed, had to wait for too long, did the wrong test on my son, and sent other medication to the pharmacy. Staff was not the best.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Where AFC falls short is the providers they hire. I was sat down in a room filled with boxes and the provider didn’t even have the decency to close the door while talking over HIPPA protected information with me. While I understand that the provider wasn’t able to assist me with what I requested, I still don’t think that my visit here was appropriately handled. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future because I left this appointment very upset and concerned.

I had made an appointment for Saturday morning. Do not schedule an appointment in the morning. There isn’t a “provider” here when they open at 8. Everyone has been waiting since 8:15. They only opened the door once to explain what’s happening.

Overall great. Only problem was website is confusing on covid appointments. Should make it clear that you can only book for same day or tomorrow.

Process was hood. Web cite and sign in a nightmare. Once I got appt all we t grest Other day Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Tonight recrptionidt was merely civil.

Fabulous experience! Highly recommend. Unfortunately the staff have to deal with some extremely rude people. So upsetting to witness while waiting.

Horrible

I was supposed to have my appointment for a test and when I showed up they said I wasn’t on the list even though I received a confirmation email

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with DOCS. There were unclear instructions on how and when we would receive our Covid results and when we had to go back in and ask, we were told that we would receive a call if we had a positive result, within the hour. Not an hour later, I received two missed calls from the clinic, no voicemail left and no answer when you call the number back (12 times). I’m visiting family from Texas and I now assume someone in my family has Covid, which made for a very anxious moment for everyone involved. The website said they closed at 7, so we drove up there and arrived at 6:35, to find doors were locked already. I felt desperate enough to knock on the doors until someone came and was greeted with a very impatient and sensitive representative. I nicely explained my situation, more than once, for her to repeatedly try and shut the door and tell me to stop banging on the door and that “no one called me”, even though that wasn’t true. Had I not received a call, like I was told I wouldn’t if it was negative, none of it would have ever happened. The hours should also be posted appropriately. Eventually a nurse and the office manager came to the door and assured me that we were negative and apologized for the misunderstanding. I was appreciative of their kind nature and understanding, during an obviously stressful situation. That’s the only reason I gave any stars.
