Wait time way too long i do not plan on bringing my family back.

I have tried to call multiple times and there is no way to actually speak to a human which is very frustrating.

i love the staff they really talk you through it they are so helpful.

Dr.Rex and his medical assistant go above and beyond to take care of your medical needs. Dr.Rex is kind professional and truly cares about his patients. His medical assistant is very kind knowledgeable and does her job quickly and very efficiently. I look forward to every visit.

Use the online schedule to schedule an appointment. Got there the 10 minutes early as requested. Still had to wait an hour and a half. Not sure why appointments are offered at times when they’re actually not available. The APRN that saw me was great and caring. Sent over some prescriptions and while I was waiting for those, they called and said I tested positive for influenza a. The phone call cut off and when I tried to call back, no one answers. Then my prescriptions were never received by the pharmacy. After trying to reach them multiple times on the phone I went back in person and they said they had added a second prescription after the flu test was positive. They printed out the three original prescriptions and said they had resent the blue prescription over. Went back to the pharmacy with the written scripts, but the pharmacy never received the flu script again making me have to personally return to get the new prescription because no one ever answers the phone or returns the messages that are left. It ended up taking me six hours of back-and-forth trying to get the medication‘s that I needed when all I wanted to do was go home and sleep. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Woke up this morning with an earache and was able to be seen within 30 minutes of arrival. Nurse practitioner and staff were very helpful. Building was very clean. Would recommend!

I made my daughters appointment through their website because I couldn’t get ahold of a live person at either locations so I go today for my child physical/ flu shot neither for her nor myself a “doctor” not in on Friday!? Make that make any sense !? Not located any where in the website nor when you call the phone I wasted time my daughter missed school etc waste.The staff lady was nice. That did the rescheduling process, but I just understand how there’s no provider for today for either for me or my daughter. You need to update the system if there’s not gonna be provided for a certain day or days and wasting peoples time and maybe making people rearrange their appointments.

The staff was very helpful and treated me with respect and the doctor was very concerned about my condition and made sure all my concerns was answered.
