Went in to get an opinion on my high blood pressure, they recommended bloodworm which they did same visit, was in and out in an hour, staff and doctors were all very nice/personable and professional, wait time was no more than 10 minutes, deffinatly recommended

Went yesterday for a follow up and there was no Dr and the Virtual was taking so long I had to reshedule for the next day. Should call and tell me ahead of time. Thank you

Woke up with sore throat and congestion, waited at least 45 mins to an hour to be seen on ipad tablet. Cool technology. Antibiotics prescribed gave me a reaction on the third day rash covered my arms legs and torso, stopped taking and used calilyde lotion to relieve itching. Still had to go to work that day

I had an appointment for yesterday that I had to reschedule due to work (which was scheduled for me and I tried calling to change but no one picked up). Anywho, I go to my appointment today and I waited for almost a hour and 15 minutes to be seen (I was told 30 minutes prior it was a virtual visit which was not stated anywhere in the email/on the app). I expressed some concerns I was having which I felt as if the physical basically told me that I would have to wait until next week to see my PCP.  The staff are great and very friendly, it was just that one issue today. Their office usually isn’t like this, but a heads up would’ve been nice.

The staff is nice and quick, but I’ve been here twice and family has gone here they have a problem with sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. For example the last visit I went at 9 in the morning they said they sent the prescription, I had to go all the way back to the walk in because it wasn’t sent and the phone system is AWFUL. You can’t no one on the phone there ever, will NOT be going back.

I had a very good experience with the staff and my care provider and I have no reservations to continue my primary care at this practice.

The staff was VERY PROFESSIONAL especially for my “particular situation” I would recommend them to family and friends. Welcoming energy I loved it!

Came in with a few concerns many an Aisha were very kind and helpful as well as the care provider regarding my concerns.. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Service was quick... Staff was friendly but their private conversations at the desk were inappropriate... I was placed in a room that was not cleaned from the patient prior to me so obviously surfaces are not cleaned through the day. I work in healthcare so I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the facility.
