The staff was rude from the time we walked in. Before asking any questions told us the wait was at least 2 1/2 hours and we had to stay in the car in the parking lot, that we could not leave. (Which i don’t understand?!) My daughter was in incredible pain. Thankfully I called her doctor and he was able to work her in and after examining her sent her for a CT scan - so glad we decided NOT to wait in the parking lot!!

My wife waited for 2 hrs in extreme pain. A physicians assistant came in and said it's menopause. Not one test and wouldn't listen or hear about her symptoms. Needless to say today we had to take her to the ER. Very sick with dehydration, and lactic acidosis. My wife requested to see a dr and was denied. Doc in a box without a doc! Will be repotting to DHEC, and DHHS. Severe negligence disgusting!

So I get here a little before 2pm and I’m still waiting to be seen and it’s 4:18pm. This is ridiculous, I have asked can I just take my drug screen because I had to pee so bad and was told no just hold it because when you do get back there they won’t allow you to be back there long. This is so very very sad. I don’t mine waiting but I do mine my bladder hurting trying to hold my urine waiting on them

I went on-line at 1:00pm to book a covid test. Told me to be there at 6:00pm. On the way I get a text, we're running behind... be here at 6:42pm. I get another text to be thete within 30 minutes. I arrive at 6:20pm. Was told there were too busy to see me. I told the worker I booked on-line at 1pm and about the texts. She states those were automated and not correct. Was told the wait was 3 hours if I wanted to wait but that they close at 8 and wouldn't be able to see everyone already y waiting. Left and went elsewhere. In and out within 1 hour. They don't have to worry about this patient coming back.

Don't come here unless you want to wait at least 2hrs to be seen. And that was when the lobby only had 4 people! Now after waiting 2hrs, lobby has 12 people. Don't have the heart to tell them they will be here ALL day!!
